Email/Username Entry: Go to the login page and enter your email address in the 'email / user' field. This should be the email address under which you (or your child) are registered with our member administration (the same one used to receive our newsletters).

Reset Password: Click on 'forgot password'.

Temporary Password: Within 5 minutes, you should receive a temporary password at the email address you entered.

Password Re-entry: Return to the login page and enter your email address and the temporary password in the 'email / user' field.

Create New Password: After logging in, you'll be prompted to enter the temporary password again, followed by a new password of your choice. This new password must be 6 characters long with at least 2 digits.

Save and Log Out: Click on 'save' to confirm your new password, and then log out.

Final Login: You can now log in with your email address and the new password you've created. This will also give you access to the secure parts of our website, including 'My Personal Data'.
